A Place to Learn and Create
The Makerspace is a creative workshop and studio where your ideas can come to life! We offer a wide range of tools and equipment for your creative projects. Our staff are knowledgeable and ready to assist you.
During Makerspace Open Hours, our space is available to you. From soldering kits to sewing machines, our tools are at your disposal for whatever your project requires. If you have questions or are just starting out, our staff can help point you in the right direction.
We also offer workshop-style classes for all age ranges with various pieces of equipment (3D Printing, Cricut, etc).

Upcoming Workshops & Programs
Makerspace Usage Guidelines:
- Children under the age of 13 must be always accompanied and supervised by an attentive parent/guardian.
- A valid library card is required to use the Makerspace
- To keep the Makerspace clean:
- Patrons are required to tidy up all equipment/materials they use prior to leaving.
- Food is prohibited in the Makerspace. Drinks must be kept in a spill-proof container.
- Patrons must save digital files created in the Makerspace to their own storage device.
- Makerspace computers are available for digital maker projects only, and not for general use.
- Unclaimed 3D prints or project materials will be discarded or repurposed after 30 days.
- The Library is not responsible for lost data, damaged personal materials, or failed projects.
- Patrons must follow the guidance of Makerspace staff at all times.
- Patrons are responsible for their own safe usage of Makerspace equipment, and for the costs of any repair or replacement of equipment damaged by improper use.
