Enjoy a day of wildlife and discovery at the Toronto Zoo, one of Canada’s largest and most exciting attractions.
With the Library’s Toronto Zoo Pass Lending Program, families can experience animals from around the world and explore conservation, nature, and learning, all at no cost.

How It Works

• The Library has 1 Toronto Zoo Pass available for borrowing.
• Each pass provides free admission for up to 2 adults and 4 children (ages 3–15). Children 2 years old and under are free.
• The pass includes general admission only.
• Parking, rides, and other attractions are not included.
• Passes can be borrowed for up to 7 days.
• Borrowers must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid WSPL Library Card.
• Passes are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• No renewals or holds are allowed.

To use the pass at the Toronto Zoo, customers must bring:

• Their Library card

• Valid photo ID

• The checkout receipt provided at the time of borrowing

The Fine Print

• Loan period: 7 days
• Passes must be returned on time to avoid late fees.
• Late fee: $2.00 per day
• Passes cannot be renewed or reserved.
• Pass provides general admission only. Parking and special attractions are not included.
• Replacement fee applies if a pass is lost or damaged. 
• If the card is lost, the Zoo membership must be cancelled and replaced, which may take approximately two weeks.
• Passes are available only to adult cardholders (18+).

The Toronto Zoo Pass is part of a pilot program for 2026 and is valid until December 31, 2026.

Bonus for Borrowers

Patrons who borrow the Zoo pass may receive a 10% discount code toward a Toronto Zoo membership.
This code will be shared periodically with borrowers who may wish to purchase their own membership.
