3D Printing

Bring your designs to life

Please note our 3D printer is currently out of order. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this issue.

For those with active print jobs pending, we will reach out to you individually to discuss the status of your projects and provide further assistance.

Please check back for updates, and we hope to have our 3D printing services up and running again soon.

3D Printing is a form of additive manufacturing, using melted plastic and precision machinery to create a real-world model of a digital design.

The Makerspace at WSPL offers 3D printing services for patrons.

Come and see our 3D printers in action during our Makerspace Open Hours, or submit an order online.

Additional Resources:

There are many 3rd-party websites with great resources for those looking to learn. A few that we use frequently include:

  • Tinkercad, a free web-based 3D design application, perfect for beginners.
  • Thingiverse and Printables, two community forums where users upload and share their 3D designs.
